- Digital Products (Ebooks, PDFs, Guides)
- All sales are final and non-refundable once the product is delivered.
- Since digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
- Consulting Services
- Consulting fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
- If you wish to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Failed Transactions
- If money is deducted from your account but you do not receive confirmation, please contact us at support@yodocs.in with transaction details.
- We will verify and resolve the issue within 7 working days.
